Accepting an order
The order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it mean that the Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline has agreed to sell tickets, products, seasonal passes, gift certificates or other products mentioned.
Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with a client and/or to set a limit on the number of items that may be ordered. At any time, it may be necessary for the Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline, to verify either personal or credit card information before accepting an order.
These legal warranties also apply to this current sale.
The following warranty will in no case reduce or remove the manufacture’s legal warranty, where one exists.

Before purchasing your ticket, seasonal passes or gift certificate, please ensure that your printer is in good working order. To read your receipt and other tickets, you must also have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. The program is available to download for free here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
Purchasing tickets / Seasonal passes / E-gift certificates
Once your purchase has been confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a receipt. This email will not give you access to the Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline. You must present the ticket attached to the email. Every e-ticket features a mini barcode. It’s a unique code assigned to your transaction and cannot be photocopied.
The e-ticket must be printed and presented upon arrival at Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline. The barcode will be scanned on site. The barcode provides one entry.
If several tickets were purchased, each will provide one entry to the Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline. If a ticket was previously presented at the ticket booth, the scanner will consider the ticket invalid. If this occurs, a piece of photo identification and the credit card used to make the purchase will be required to validate the ticket.
Responsibility and refunds
The e-ticket represents a contract between the buyer and the Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline. The buyer agrees to pay the amount indicated on the receipt, including fees (if applicable). The amount charged will appear on your next statement under Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline. No refund or exchange will be granted.
The e-ticket holder assumes all responsibility in regards to the risks and dangers that may result from visiting the Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline, whether incurred before, during or after, and waives all claims for loss or damage, however arising. The Parc Mille Lieux de la Colline, will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages or problems which may have occurred during the visit.
Types of e-mails

If you use Outlook Express and are unable to open the attachment containing your e-ticket, we suggest the following:
- Click Tools, select Options and click the Security tab.
- In a dialogue box will be a checkbox labelled: “Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus”. Uncheck this box and click Apply.
- Return to your email, open the attachment and print your ticket.
- If you would like to save this security option for future emails, simply return to the Security tab and recheck “Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus”.
- Bring a piece of photo identification and the credit card used to purchase your ticket with you to the event.
- Protect your ticket like you would any valuable object.
- Do not purchase an e-ticket from someone you don’t know. It may be an unauthorized copy. The e-ticket holds no resale value.
